Face Masks at UHD

FACE MASKS REQUIRED

Please note that medical grade face masks are required at UHD Hospital and Clinics. UHD will provide this upon entry if you do not already have one.

UHD remains committed to monitoring respiratory illnesses and will continue to follow guidance closely and update our policies as necessary. Thank you for helping UHD continue to provide a safe environment for our patients, visitors and staff.

VISITOR POLICY UPDATE

October 27, 2022

UHD is allowing patient visitors at this time.

All visitors and support persons will be screened upon entry to the facility utilizing standard screening tools. Anyone who screens positive for any symptoms or exposure to COVID-19 will not be allowed to visit.
