COVID VACCINE UPDATE – May 5, 2021
UHD encourages residents seeking vaccine doses to find the nearest available location by using the MDH Vaccine Finder.
We expect to offer additional vaccine appointments when dosing guidelines are expanded.
Check our website often or call us with questions at (507) 526-7388 Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you are experiencing fever or cough, or think you may have COVID-19, please call UHD at (507) 526-7388 to schedule a Same Day Appointment.

Face Masks at UHD

We are asking all patients and their guests to be covered for all appointments.

If you don’t have a mask, UHD will provide one for you.

For your protection, UHD employees will be masked in patient care areas.

WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT DONATIONS OF CLOTH FACE MASKS. Donation bins are located at our entrance doors. For sewing guidelines, please visit www.cdc.gov/coronavirus or www.health.state.mn.us

URGENT CARE: UHD is not currently offering walk-in Urgent Care through our Emergency Room. Please call to schedule a Same Day Appointment, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

VISITOR POLICY: Updated April 29, 2021

Visitors will be screened upon entry to the facility utilizing standard screening tools. If a visitor screens positive for any symptoms or exposure to COVID-19, they will not be allowed to visit.

Screened, qualified visitors are encouraged stay in the patient's room while visiting.

Exceptions may apply as determined by department manager in collaboration with the attending provider.
