A statement will be mailed to you for any balance due after your insurance claims has been processed by your insurance company. Payment is due upon receipt. We offer several easy and safe options to pay your bill.
UHD accepts cash, personal checks, e-checks made online or phone, and most major debit/credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You can also set up a payment plan. Most balances will qualify for a 20% Prompt Pay discount if paid in full; Please call to inquire.
